Official Travel

Management at its 7th meeting held on Tuesday the 22nd of April 2014, decided that henceforth permission for Official Travel for Academic staff should be obtained from their respective Principals. Administrative and Support staff in Colleges should also obtain permission from the Principal. However, those staff assigned to Colleges by the Central Units: Library, Human Resources, Finance, Procurement, etc. will continue to seek permission to travel from the Director, Human Resources after endorsement by their respective Principals.

The Travel Forms have been adjusted to reflect the above decision.
