Employment Division
This division serves as Secretariat to the Appointments Board of the University Council. It handles matters related to appointments, promotions and discipline of all staff in the University.

This division handles all matters relating to Personnel and Administrative records both manual and electronic and utilization of Information and Communication Technology for effective and efficient execution of activities in the Directorate.

Performance and Payroll Division
The Performance and Appraisal division handles all matters related to employee performance and welfare. It also handles transfers and administrative appointments in liaison with the office of the Vice Chancellor.

Staff Development, Welfare and Retirement Benefits Division
The division is the Secretariat to the Staff Development, Welfare and Retirement Benefits Committee of University Council. It handles all matters relating to training, development and staff benefits for all categories of staff in the University.
